Village at Lane's Run

The Village of Lane's Run Homeowners Association is comprised of 53 homes and includes three center landscaped islands that help add beauty and various dimensions to the area along with an eight acre strip of land on the eastern side of Lanes Run Creek.

The HOA is a non-profit corporation, chartered under the laws of the State of Kentucky. Membership is mandatory as each owner automatically becomes a member of the Association upon acquiring a home or a plat of land in the subdivision.

The Board of Directors consists of seven members including a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The purpose and intent of the Board of Directors is to build community among the homeowners, encourage equity growth within the development properties, support improvements to those properties through interpretation and enforcement of the restrictions of record and approve of modifications and improvements within those restrictions.
