HOA ANNUAL FEES

Email and United Post Office Mail versions have been sent out to everyone. 

You can pay your yearly HOA Fees by cash, check or make a mobile/online payment. The total will be $325 if paying by check or cash.

If the annual fee is not received by the April 30 deadline, a 1% per month late fee will be assessed to the annual fee.
