HOA ANNUAL FEES

Email and United Post Office Mail versions of the annual dues invoice have been sent out to everyone. 

You can pay your yearly HOA Fees by cash, check or make a mobile/online payment. 

If the annual fee is not received by the April 30 deadline, a 1% per month late fee will be assessed to the annual fee.
